Wrap it Up! Our Favorite Festive Wrapping Paper for the Season
The experience of giving someone a gift starts with the presentation - gift wrapping matters. Striking wrapping with ribbon and a tag or card can turn a pretty good gift into the standout of the season. We’ve rounded up our favorites from heritage Stewart tartan (Ralph Lauren aesthetic anyone?) to a striking gold highlighting berries & pine to more fun-loving animals.
Start the holiday season with style from the ground (gift table) up. And don’t forget the tape, ribbon and wrapper cutter.
We’ve broken these up into two categories - regular and larger size wrapping paper rolls, and mini rolls.
1. Wrapping Paper: Regular and Larger Rolls
Caspari Stewart Tartan Wrapping Paper
A golden take on Stewart tartan - thick, high quality paper that goes well with a red or tartan ribbon - and maybe a bell! Perfect for family gifts. A way to add in that Ralph Lauren aesthetic that says timeless, layered Christmas.
Caspari Christmas Pagodas Wrapping Paper
We love this so much that we have the wrapping paper, the cocktail napkins and the matching paper plates. Striking crimson, green & gold design that hints at an elegant, thoughtful gift. Pair with a deep green velvet or glossy ribbon.
Current Animals in the Woods Wrapping Paper
Whimsical and woodsy wrapping paper for presents for all ages. Something for everyone here from the curious deer to the gallivanting bunnies - the entire forest is out to celebrate the season.
Flyhill Kraft Christmas Tree Wrapping Paper
Bold and striking red and gold - luxe-looking trees on a bright crimson background.
Caspari Berries & Pine Wrapping Paper
Caspari is a classic for a reason - love the berries and pine for all the presents of the season. Sophisticated and elegant wrapping for hostess gifts, in-laws and colleagues.
Caspari Wild Animals Gold Foil Wrapping Paper
This is favored by my young goddaughter and just about everyone else who sees it - fun and festive. Everyone’s on a seasonal safari - it will glimmer gracefully under the tree.
Current Christmas Holiday Horses Wrapping Paper
Back to the farm where the horses are running Christmas - lovely snowy scenes for wrapping your best presents.
Caspari Palazzo Green & Gold Wrapping Paper
This is versatile - great for the holiday season but could be used all year round. The damask-like green and gold reads “holiday” but could be utilized well into the spring.
2. Wrapping Paper: Mini Rolls
BIOBROWN Red Tartan Plaid Reversible Christmas Wrapping Paper
Reversible paper can be a better value - gives you two looks in one. In a regular season, this would be a Christmassy plaid but now it’s a Ralph Lauren inspired look on one side and HO HO HO on the other. One roll can be flipped and flopped to wrap multiple gifts.
WRAPAHOLIC Reversible Nutcracker and Candy Cane Christmas Wrapping Paper
Like it’s tartan / HO HO HO predecessor, this reversible paper sports elegant nutcrackers on one side, cute candy canes on the other. Useful for a multitude of gifts.
RUSPEPA Vintage Newspaper Wrapping Paper
Love the old time newspaper look but all devoted to EXTRA! EXTRA! IT’S CHRISTMAS! Striking with a red or green velvet ribbon.
WRAPAHOLIC Green Toile Vintage Christmas Wrapping Paper
Toile has always been a passion - this vintage toile pattern with Santa, trees and stars gives you a classic look with a seasonal twist.
Boerni Winter Forest Cardinal Birds Kraft Wrapping Paper
Just about everything is better with a bird on it - these cardinals looks hand drawn surrounded by pine. Plenty here to wrap all your gifts.
WRAPAHOLIC Reversible Highland Cow and Snowflake Christmas Wrapping Paper
This couldn’t be cuter. Why not go with Highland cows beaming at you from under their bangs - reverses into a versatile red and white snowflake pattern.
RUSPEPA Christmas Goose Wrapping Paper
Duck, duck, SANTA GOOSE! This whimsical design of geese in Santa hats is interspersed with wreaths and candy canes - can’t help but smile at these goofy geese.
WRAPAHOLIC Kraft Fox Wrapping Paper
Very foxy! This wrapping paper can go from fall right into the holiday season with it’s mix of vixens and paw prints in the forest. Love this for all ages. Friendly and fun.
